This project had lots of challenging circumstances: 

• Limited parcel of land for such scope 
• Designated a TRCA property 
• Parking issues 

But finally, with a great approach to design and the level of accuracy in the design process, all have been solved with Islington’s development, we have done this project with the corporation of RGC consulting company
