Despite these hurdles, a thoughtful and precise design approach enabled us to successfully navigate each issue. Through close collaboration with RGC Consulting, the project was realized with innovative solutions that respect both site limitations and regulatory requirements—resulting in a cohesive, functional, and well-integrated development.
