This project involves the adaptive reuse of an expansive 450,000 square foot industrial building, originally designed for vehicle manufacturing, now converted into a state-of-the-art Medical Marijuana production facility.

The project presented an exciting opportunity for our team to delve deeply into the specialized requirements of medical cannabis cultivation—from growth operations to processing—while integrating complex electrical and mechanical systems essential for this unique occupancy.

We rigorously applied the provisions of Part 11 of the Ontario Building Code across this large facility, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary consultants to ensure full compliance and legal operation.

The project is ongoing, with the program continuing to evolve as we fine-tune the design and coordination of all technical disciplines.
