This is a change-of-use project from retail to the medical office, The lower floor has been fully permitted to have multiple medical offices and simultaneously the 4 residential units in the building have been untouched
The front face has also been renewed to keep the urban edge and identifies Young Street as one of the important spots in the Auror area, this project was executed when the client was under order to comply with the town and we have tried to save and made it very efficient for client during a span of 3 months
