This luxury lifestyle been designed barrier-free and all space has been designed to comply with part 3.8 of the building code to allow accessibility for varsity of need including wheelchair
The open-to-above and open-to-below concept inside the main hall of the building with a huge skylight at the roof which brings the natural light from the roof to the basement, this concept allows a great feeling of brightness and efficiency in all 3 levels
The idea was to demolish the existing building on site and build a new custom house, the overall footprint of the building almost increased 3 times which creat a very luxurious view at teh heart of the street crescent
In addition to making this building and site barrier-free, the biggest challenge initially was to control and guide the drainage system on the surface from the front to the rear of the building, our consultants team sophistically designed custom sediment and erosion control techniques to solve the problem ,
The building is located on a lot with a slope and such characteristics provided opportunities to design a gentle and luxurious proposal to service both at front and rear
